My transaction failed, what should I do?

Please ensure that your credit/debit card has a sufficient balance, and check the daily/weekly limit of your card. In most cases when the transaction fails, it is due to your bank blocking the payment. You should contact your bank and approve the transaction. After it has been approved, please try again in 15 minutes.

It says “Review is still in progress” and I cannot proceed.

Wert.io is our credit/debit card payment processor partner. When you select the credit/debit card payment option for the first time, you will be guided to provide your mobile number, address, email address, and date of birth. Most of the time, the review is immediate and you will be able to proceed with the purchase. However, in some cases, the review might take longer than expected. Please wait for up to 24 hours, and you should receive an email from Wert.io after your review has been approved.

I am unable to receive any OTP, please help.

In most cases, the number you are trying to verify is blacklisted for verification. Please try another mobile number, and if you receive the same error, please contact Wert.io support at https://support.wert.io/en/collections/2862595-help-centre or open a ticket in our Discord server.

What is the minimum/maximum transaction size to buy land or land credits?

Once users spend $5,000 USD and above, they will have to upgrade to Full KYC. Full KYC has a transactional and weekly limit of $20,000 USD, which resets each Monday.

What countries and US states are available?

Please check the Wert.io website for the most up-to-date list of supported countries and US states.

Is there a transaction fee?

Yes, there’s a 4% transaction fee on top of the purchase price. The transaction fee is charged by Wert.io, our payment processor partner.

You can opt to pay using cryptocurrency (Ethereum on ETH Mainnet) if you do not wish to incur any transaction fee.

I have tried everything but I still cannot make payment, what should I do?

Please open a ticket in our Discord server, or email us at [email protected]. We can arrange a direct payment link that supports all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Which wallet and cryptocurrencies are supported?

At the moment, we only support Metamask wallets, and you need to use Ethereum on the Eth mainnet. We are offering payment using USDC, USDT, and TipsyCoin soon.

How do I create a Metamask wallet?

Please refer to https://www.coindesk.com/learn/how-to-set-up-a-metamask-wallet/ for the steps to create a Metamask wallet. Please ensure that you keep your seed phrases safely; we recommend writing it on a piece of paper and strong it in a secure location. Do not make a digital copy of your seed phrases, and do not share it with anyone. We will never ask you for your seed phrases.

How do I get Ethereum (ETH) so that I can buy land using ETH?

The process of buying ETH is different for each country. The easiest way is to purchase it from a Crypto Centralized Exchange like Coinbase, Gemini, Binance or eToro. Create an account with them and you can buy ETH directly. Once you have the ETH in the exchange, you need to transfer it to your Metamask wallet via the ERC-20 network.

If your Ethereum is not on the Ethereum mainnet (or ERC-20 network), you have to ensure it is on the Ethereum mainnet (or ERC-20 network) for your purchase of land plots / land credits to go through.

What are gas fees and why do I have to pay that?

Every transaction on the blockchain requires gas fees to operate. However, in most cases, gas fees are significantly lower than transaction fees that you need to pay from banks and credit/debit cards. Gas fees are charged by the blockchain network, and not by us.
