## Introducing Land Collections

Land owners can group multiple plots of land into a Land Collection.

GOALAND plots are received as [Soft-NFTs which can be minted into NFTs](https://wiki.gateofabyss.com/gateofabyss/gate-of-abyss-land/benefits-of-owning-land/true-ownership/#soft-nfts).&#x20;

## Land Collection (Soft-NFT)

A Land Collection comprising GOALAND plots that are unminted / not yet converted to NFTs = Land Collection (Soft-NFT).&#x20;

This form of Land Collection cannot be sold or traded, because they are not yet NFTs.

## Land Collection (NFT)

A Land Collection comprising GOALAND plots that are minted / converted to NFTs = Land Collection (NFT).&#x20;

This form of Land Collection can be sold on marketplaces as an NFT, such as on the [Gate of Abyss App](http://app.gateofabyss.com) and on [OpenSea](https://opensea.io/).
